Every piece below arrived with the same underlying problem: a surface that had stopped protecting what was under it. Failed coating, mill scale, rust that had gone past cosmetic, or years of buildup that no amount of pressure washing was going to shift.
The work here spans all four of our blasting methods and both sides of the operation — jobs where we took the rig out to a site, and jobs where the piece came to the Cartersville shop. Heavy equipment, fleet trailers and dump bodies, structural steel, municipal tanks, and the occasional restoration that came in looking considerably worse than it left.

Wet media held the dust down while stripping years of road grime, salt exposure and failing coating off the body, leaving an evenly profiled surface that went to primer before flash rust had a chance to start.A Volkswagen Beetle stripped by media blasting and refinished in two-tone.
